IT major Infosys’ CSR arm today said it will be donating Rs 5 crore to Sankara Nethralaya to establish a sustainable eyecare training academy and undertake research and training activities.
Infosys Foundation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sankara Nethralaya for investing the Rs 5 crore grant for various purposes, including construction of an ophthalmic training and research center, the company said in a statement.
