Intellect Design Arena, a Chennai-based digital technology solution provider, has signed a multi-year deal with one of the ‘Big Four’ banks in Australia to provide, digital solutions for businesses and retail banking. It did not reveal the bank’s name in a communication to the BSE.
Intellect will provide the bank with digital solutions for its treasury, trade finance and retail remittance services for a portion of its offshore business, along with 10 years of dedicated maintenance and technical support. The deal size was not disclosed.
The solution is expected to provide 360 degrees of visibility around workflow for the bank’s separate teams in trade finance, retail remittance and treasury, where operations often intersect. The bank will be able to pass these efficiencies on to its customers, said a press release.
