Hyderabad boy, Rayaprolu Krishnachaitanya won the EMC Defenders League, a hackathon contest for cyber security professionals.
He won the prize money of Rs 5 lakhs in a Hackathon that featured 4,000 participants across India, with the finale hosting 30 finalists, according to EMC officials.
EMC Defenders League is an ultimate security challenge held in India by EMC Corporation, to reward skills and knowledge on real-world internet security, as part of its efforts in the ecosystem to share expertise on the critical subject of cyber security and surveillance, and establish the foundation for future discourses. The 30 finalists were a mix of experienced developers and students from the industry.
