L&T Technology Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T is betting on Internet of Things (IoT) to drive its growth forward.
The company has launched software tools that help improving in energy efficiency in buildings. iBEMS software that helps in predictive maintenance, time-to-failure analysis and other aspects of modern day facilities.
Currently, some of the modern day facilities come with different kinds of sensors, which do not talk to each other as a result of which efficiencies are not meeting desired levels for facility owners, according to industry watchers.
