Mahindra Satyam said on Friday that it has deployed a new cloud based managed services platform, ’Enlighta Deliver’, to help its clients optimise service delivery performance and service levels.
Enlighta Deliver will enable companies to solve client engagements faster without any customisation and offers strong performance management capabilities and faster services delivery, Mahindra Satyam said in a statement.
Cloud computing is a process in which computers share resources, software and information over a network, typically the internet.
Mahindra Satyam’s Enlighta on demand service management solution for enterprise customers is easy to use, adapt to, integrate and requires no client purchase of hardware or software, the release added.
“Enlighta is the foundation of our unified service management platform and our ability to offer our clients infrastructure and application services on a robust, on demand cost effective IT services management solution has been greatly enhanced,” Mahindra Satyam Vice President, Mr David Augustine, said.
The Enlighta Deliver suite supports multi tenant services management and delivery governance, including modules that support problem management, change management, configuration management and service level management.
