The Annual General Meetings of Mahindra Satyam and Tech Mahindra will be held in June to consider the proposal to merge the two firms.
“Advance notices have been given for the AGMs. The whole process will take about 8-9 months. We don’t see any major hurdle coming in the way,’’ Mr C.P. Gurnani, CEO designate of Mahindra Satyam and Tech Mahindra, said at a press conference here on Tuesday.
He, however, refused to indicate exact timeliness for the completion of the merger process.
