Mahindra Satyam to set up service centre for FuelQuest

Mahindra Satyam has tied up with FuelQuest, the US-based firm that provides software and services to energy sector, to provide implementation and support services to the latter as it expands its operations in India, Brazil, China, Russia and the US..

To support this activity, Mahindra Satyam will set up FuelQuest Service Centre, its delivery centre here.

The Hyderabad-based firm is already engaged with FuelQuest and supports its tax automation implementations as well as software support needs. “We will augment FuelQuest's team to provide additional onsite or remote implementation and support services with regards to international customers,” Mr C.P. Gurnani, Chief Executive Officer of Mahindra Satyam, said here.

FuelQuest's solutions and services manage 70 billion litres of fuel and processes millions of energy-related tax transactions annually.

“We need their support to as we expand. Their strengths in outsourcing services would give us flexibility as we grow our solutions and markets,” Mr Matt Tormollen, President and Chief Executive Officer of FuelQuest, said.
