Cognizant Technology Solutions is restructuring its management across key verticals.
Two global heads will lead the company's two major verticals — banking, financial services and insurance and healthcare.
While the company did not disclose any information, Mr R. Chandrasekaran, President and Managing Director (Global Delivery), Cognizant, said, “Cognizant periodically fine-tunes its organisational structure to stay truly aligned with the changing dynamics of the marketplace.”
Reorganisations happen for good reasons (growth) or for bad reasons (under-performance). Cognizant has always done this exercise pro-actively to participate in newer growth opportunities and sustain its industry-leading revenue growth, he said.
