Mid-tier IT firm MindTree has partnered Dutch ICT services provider KPN to invest in a flexible cloud services aggregator platform for enterprise customers.

The new platform brings specific catalogue products, KPN and third party product and customer legacy applications on a single platform and delivers them ‘as a service’ to enterprises globally, according to a press statement.

“Through this joint innovation programme, we aim to deliver business enabling applications and services to our customers along with unique benefits such as unified contract, single sign-on and centralised governance,” Mr Krishnakumar Natarajan, CEO and Managing Director, MindTree, said in the statement.

“As KPN we will target the Dutch market, MindTree is our business partner of choice for customers not only in Europe but throughout the globe,” Mr Steven van Schilfgaarde, CEO, KPN Corporate Market, said.

A new and emerging business model, often referred to as a cloud services broker, allows IT and telecom services providers an opportunity to expand and optimise their service offerings through a platform that helps enterprises converge and manage cloud and non-cloud services.
