Personal computers maker Acer India on Monday launched two internationally acclaimed smartphone models under the Acer Liquid Series — Liquid Jade and Liquid E700 — priced at ₹16,999 and ₹11,999.
The company has tied up with Snapdeal to sell the smartphones.
“While the Liquid Jade appeals to the elegant, beauty conscious and highly social user, the Liquid E700 is more suited to the upbeat business traveller who demands to remain connected round the clock,” Allen Burnes,Vice-President, Smartphones Business, Acer Group said.
The Liquid Jade runs on Android 4.4, has a five-inch HD screen, and a 13 MP main camera. The phone runs on a Quad Core processor and 2 GB of RAM, besides a 16 GB internal memory. It also has a dual SIM tray that can convert one slot to an expansion slot for a MicroSD card, the company said.
The Liquid E700 has triple SIM capability, runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat), a quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, and 16 GB of internal storage and a MicroSD card slot for expandable storage.
