Beijing headquartered Internet and technology company LeEco, which recently launched its brand of smartphones in India has said that it plans to start 555 service centres, spanning across 300 towns in the country.
The 555 service centres will be 24X7 toll free, providing 10 languages, which includes English, Hindi, Bangla, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, and Telugu.
Atul Jain, LeEco, India CEO said that it is the first smartphone brand to enter the Indian market with such an extensive after-sales network. Further, in order to ensure that the users get the best experience and good service after sale, the brand is offering free pick-up and drop for its Super Premium Phone- Le Max in case of any damage.
Warranty
And the warranty policies are all above the industry lines. For example, within the one year warranty period, user can get a brand-new Le Max if the phone is broken or not working due to its own quality, saving the headache of waiting for weeks to get the old phone fixed and take back.
