Depending on the success of the Moto Care Van in Delhi, Motorola would consider operating such vans in other parts of India, a top company official said on Tuesday.
The company has launched eight vans for giving a first hand knowledge of services of mobile phones and clearing doubts of the consumers by going door to door, Marcus Frost Senior Marketing Director told reporters here.
“It is some eight to 10 weeks, we launched the mobile vans and trials of this mobile van are having good response,” Frost said.
After evaluating the feasibility and success, such facilities would be launched across the country, he said.
Frost, here to launch its new Moto E 4G and 3G for purchase exclusively on Flipkart for Rs 7,999 and Rs 6,999 respectively, said the company has sold over three million phones in India from February to December last year.
He ruled out the possibility of selling these phones offline.
