MphasiS has partnered Artificial Solutions, the natural language interaction (NLI) specialist that enables users to have a meaningful, humanlike interaction with technology.
Using Artificial Solutions NLI technology, Mphasis aims to revolutionise the digital customer experience in the banking and insurance industry through increased interaction intelligence and humanisation, officials said in a statement.
Working with Artificial Solutions will provide Mphasis with the NLI technology required to deliver the intelligent, personalised user experience their clients want today, and the natural language capabilities to grow the Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled experiences that will be demanded in the future, the statement added.
MphasiS’ will integrate Artificial Solutions’ digital employees, natural language analytics and other components from the Teneo platform, developed by Artificial Solutions into MphasiS' solutions.
