Nokia has launched the Nokia Asha 302 and Nokia Asha 202 dual SIM in Thiruvananthapuram, adding to the range of Nokia Asha smartphones.

It also announced the availability of Nokia 110, ‘an affordable phone’ to offer fast and easy internet access.

Million Downloads

Mr T.S. Sridhar, Regional Director, South, Nokia India, launched the devices here. He said that the Nokia Asha range has seen 1.1 million downloads from the Nokia Store on Series 40 within the first six weeks of launch.

Asha 302 is priced at a maximum retail price (MRP) of Rs 6,919; Asha 202 at Rs 4,149; and Nokia 110 at Rs 2,489.

Nokia Asha 302 is a full QWERTY keyboard device that retains the look of the Nokia E-series devices. It provides one-click access to email, chat, social networks and popular services such as WhatsApp and Facebook, Mr Sridhar said.

It comes with a music player, enhanced stereo FM and high performing loudspeakers and also offers services such as Nokia Life.

WI-FI and 3G

Asha 302 runs on 1GHz processor, and offers Wi-Fi and 3G. It also supports USB-on-the-go and sports a 3.2-megapixel camera with digital zoom.

Asha 202 is a unique combination of a traditional keypad with a 2.4- inch touch screen.

It features dual SIM easy swap technology with dedicated SIM manager to personalise the phone and save up to five SIM cards with unique information.

The device comes with a 2-megapixel camera, music player, FM radio, Nokia browser and Bluetooth connectivity and has expandable memory of up to 32 GB.

It enables users to switch between SIMs quickly without having to remove their battery or turn off their phone.
