Nucleus Software Exports has entered into a partnership with Turkey-based Gantek to capitalise its respective capabilities and experiences in that country.
“Given its established presence in the region, Gantek will help Nucleus enhance product sales and implementation in addition to providing first-level support to the clients,” the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
However, the company did not disclose the financial details of the partnership.
“With the global footprint and a strong global customer base of Nucleus, we look forward to introduce Nucleus solutions to our existing as well as new banking customers in Turkey and the region,” the Gantek CEO, Mr Cem Devrim, said.
Gantek provides end-to-end solutions for finance and telecommunications sectors as the systems integrator.
Meanwhile, the shares of Nucleus Software Exports were trading at Rs 86.60 on the BSE, up 3.77 per cent from the previous close.
