Bangalore-based Omnesys Technologies has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to take a controlling stake in Chennai-based Harsa IT Solutions.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Omnesys said in a release that its products are used by institutions, exchanges, brokers and traders.
Omnesys Technologies is a provider of order management systems and Harsa IT Solutions is a provider of back office and wealth management products.
