OnMobile has promoted Praveen Kumar as the CFO of the company.
The Bangalore-based Value Added Services (VAS) provider, who has been with the company since 2006, has been a part of the company’s various growth phases and management transitions, including the IPO in 2007, according to a statement from the company.
Kumar worked with Hewlett Packard, MetLife India, GE Capital and A F Ferguson in different capacities before joining OnMobile.
Further, he is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University.
