Zebronics, a Chennai-based IT peripherals, audio/ video and surveillance products manufacturer, has launched 'Axel,' a portable speaker with multi-connectivity options. Its design is distinct in that it looks like a retro boombox, compact and light in bearing, but capable of producing powerful sound, Pradeep Doshi, Director, Zebronics, said.
There are control buttons on top for volume control, media control, radio, and equalizer. Calls can be taken on the go if paired with Bluetooth. It has an LED display, and allows music to be streamed wirelessly. One may also use a USB/Micro SD card to plug in. It also has AUX support and an inbuilt FM radio. 'Axel' speaker comes in two colours and is available with leading retail stores.
