Mobile commerce and payments company Paytm has finally added a new feature on its app to address customer/ user grievances and issues.
The Noida-based company, which is backed by Chinese Internet giant Alibaba, now allows its users to make calls to its customer care executives for faster grievance redressal.
Customers just need to dial the number given on the app, instead of filling an e-form in it. The latter is a cumbersome method of reaching out to the company in case of an emergency.
The move comes a few days after hundreds of Paytm users across the country started facing issues with their wallets.
While a few people were unable to use their Paytm balance to make payments, many others complained of the Paytm amount disappearing from their wallets.
