Persistent Systems has acquired San Jose-based Genwi, developer of the Genwi Marketing System, a flexible and customisable platform that delivers superior user experience to the sales and marketing teams at many Global 1,000 companies.
The acquisition further fortifies Persistent’s leadership team with a particular focus on compelling experiences that are fundamental to embracing digital transformation, a press release said.
