Polaris Software Labs' Chief Financial Officer, Mr R. Srikanth, has resigned citing personal reasons.
'It is purely for personal reasons and I will keep you informed on further development from my end," Mr Srikanth said.
His resignation comes a day before Polaris is to announce its second quarter results.
Mr Srikanth said he will be in office till October end.
Prior to joining Polaris, Mr Srikanth was with Wipro BPO Solutions as the Associate Chief Operating Officer.
He is a Fellow Member in the Institute of Chartered Accountants and in the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
At the time of filing this report at 10.25 a.m., the company’s share price on the BSE was trading at Rs 137.40, up 0.22 per cent over previous day's closing price.
