Rahul Yadav, a co-founder of online property search portal Housing.com, which fired him earlier this month, has announced on his Facebook page that he will be back in 30 days.

A post on his Facebook wall stated, "If the path is smooth, dig your own holes. If no challenges, create them on your own. Just for the sake of practice. Just to push yourself to the extreme. Just to become stronger. Just to make things interesting. Just to make things fun.

I'll be back...this time with 100x.... [10x of last formula (10x)]

30 days to go.

Is the world ready?"

This announcement from Yadav comes a day after he was trolling on newly formed social networking site Bluegape.com, where it was mentioned that cricketer-turned-investor Yuvraj Singh has invested in Yadav's next venture called ‘NextHousing.com’ through YouWeCan. YouWeCan, a media-focused start-up fund, is planning to take legal action against Bluegape.com.

Though Yadav has not mentioned what his next venture would be all about, it seems from his post that he wants to solve the real problem of real estate given the fact that he was the main brain behind Housing.com, which was all about making buy and sell of property easier and convenient.

Yadav, a dropout from IIT Bombay, was sacked last month from Powai-based Housing.com for his attitude, which the investors felt was not befitting of a CEO.

Yadav has been in the headlines for over the past six months, beginning with a public spat on social media with venture capital firm Sequoia's Managing Director Shailendra Singh, accusing him of poaching talent from Housing.com.

Next, was when Yadav resigned as CEO of the SoftBank-invested company. In a letter he was highly critical of the company's investors and questioned their intellectual capability. But he withdrew the letter and apologised for his conduct. Soon after that he announced that he would give away all his ESOPs, worth Rs 200 crore, to the Housing employees.

A few days after that Yadav was asked to leave the company. However, it didn't end there. A week after Yadav left, Housing was in the news again as the company's website was hacked and Yadav was alleged to be behind the act. However, Yadav announced on his Facebook page that he was not involved in the act.
