Reliance Communications has partnered with Twitter in India to launch a pre-paid plan, providing unlimited Twitter access, for its GSM subscribers. The plan - ‘Reliance Twitter Access Pack’ – has been launched as a promotional offer for 90 days, after which a fee will be charged, the company said in a statement. RCom, a company controlled by billionaire Anil Ambani, expects the offer to trigger a significant shift of cricket enthusiasts using smartphones to its network.
