Reliance Jio Infocomm (RJio), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries, is set to launch a post-paid tariff plan of ₹199 per month offering 25 GB data.
The plan, ‘JioPostpaid’, offers free voice calls and SMS, and subcription to Jio apps.
The new scheme will be available from May 15.
Under the tariff, RJio does not levy any security deposit for international calling, the company said in a statement.
International charges
Further, RJio announced international calling and roaming tariffs targeting travellers, starting at 50 paise per minute.
The charges start at ₹2 per minute for voice, ₹2 per MB for data, ₹2 per SMS or unlimited services starting at ₹500 per day (plus taxes), it added.
