Sequoia Capital India has denied having any links with Aircel or Maxis Communications, even as the US-based venture capital firm said it is a minority investor in Vasan Healthcare. The VC firm said the Enforcement Directorate’s visit to its Bengaluru office was in connection with Vasan, in a statement. Sequoia added that VT Bharadwaj, Managing Director of Sequoia Capital India Advisors who was Sequoia’s nominee on the Vasan board of directors, demanded that the management of Vasan conduct a thorough investigation into the allegations.
