Serco Global Services, the BPO arm of the UK-based services company Serco, has won a new outsourcing contract from the Government of Abu Dhabi.
The company has partnered with Abu Dhabi Systems & Information Centre (ADSIC), the Governmental body overseeing Abu Dhabi’s IT agenda, to provide shared services to more than 50 departments within the UAE.
The contract is expected to commence in first quarter of 2014 and is for an initial term of four years. Serco will initially provide citizen contact and issue resolution management in the public services realm.
