IT services provider Subex announced that it has renewed its multi-million dollar framework contract with BT for its mission critical business operations and processes.
Subex provides Business Support Systems (BSS) for communications service providers.
For BT, it provides Mission Critical Revenue Operations Centre (ROC) portfolio software solutions, application/operations support and managed services, according to a press statement.
These will be delivered across BT's domestic and international interconnect billing and settlements, fraud management, revenue assurance and event integrity domains, the statement said.
The Subex ROC monitors and controls the entire revenue chain and identifies risks to profitability, margins and customer satisfaction. The ROC helps the user with enhanced revenue management, enterprise-wide risk management, business and operational assurance and improved customer experience, according to the statement.
