Tata Comm gets nod to transfer data centre biz

Tata Communications’ received board approval to transfer its India data centre business to wholly-owned subsidiary S&A Internet Services Pvt Ltd (SAISPL). This follows the recommendation of the audit committee and is subject to shareholder and other approvals, the company informed the stock exchanges.
