In its attempt to cater to the growing demand of data services, Tata Docomo is now offering up to 20 per cent additional data benefits at existing prices.
“Added data benefits on monthly packs will boost data consumption amongst existing users by offering more value. Differential pricing on internet sachet packs will drive affordability and help bring first time users online,” Jamshed Gilani, Vice-President, Consumer Business Operations, Mumbai-Tata Teleservices Limited, said.
“The revised rates have been introduced considering the surging demand of our data services in the Mumbai circle. As a company, our focus is to provide superior user experience and further deepen customer engagement. This offer will enable our customers to enhance their data usage and remain connected online longer,” he added.
Under the new data benefit, a 2G data pack available at Rs 5 now comes with an extra 20 per cent or 30 MB of data. Similarly, the Rs 15 pack offers 13 per cent of additional data, while packs offering 80 MB of data at Rs 15 now provides an additional 13 per cent of data at the same rate.
