Tata Elxsi Ltd has entered into a joint venture agreement with A Squared Entertainment LLC, USA (A2E) to create, develop and distribute original brands, including animated entertainment and digital gaming.
The new company will be incorporated as a LLC at Delaware, USA, with Tata Elxsi and A2E participating almost equally in the equity capital of the joint venture company.
