TCS’ head of BPO quits

Tata Consultancy Services’ head of business process outsourcing, Abid Ali Neemuchwala, has quit the company. Neemuchwala has spent about 23 years at India’s largest software company and was appointed to the head of the BPO unit in 2009. TCS’ BPO contribution has grown from 6.9 per cent of revenue in FY09 to 12 per cent in FY14.
