With the IT and ITES industry rattled by the ongoing general strike in Telangana, a Nasscom team on Saturday called on Mr N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, seeking Government help.
Difficulties faced
The team headed by Mr B. V. R. Mohan Reddy, who heads Nasscom's engineering services arm, briefed the Chief Minister on the difficulties faced by the industry.
“He understood the situation and assured of help for smooth conduct of business,” Mr Reddy told Business Line . The Chief Minister said a solution would soon be found and that he would work to ensure normalcy,” Mr J. A. Chowdary, who also represents Nasscom, said.
The association had said continued unrest would hurt the region's IT business .
