Telecom giant America Movil Group has gone live with NEON-dX, the flagship analytics and marketing automation product from Flytxt, leading purveyor of intelligent customer engagement technology. With this the Netherlands-based Flytxt makes its debut in six markets in Central America. Flytxt has a development centre in Thiruvananthapuram.
'ENGAGING CUSTOMERS BETTER'
NEON-dX, the artificial intelligence (AI)-driven proprietary technology, is being deployed by Claro Americas, a part of America Movil Group and one of the largest operators in Central America. Claro will harness its full application in Central America, including the Precision Marketer and Intent Management applications, allowing it to maximise the effectiveness of its customer value management services.
NEON-dX would help Claro better engage with millions of customers in Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Panama and Costa Rica, a company spokesman said. The platform has been proven to consistently deliver two to seven per cent uplift on net revenue for Flytxt’s telecom clients.
In the current context, it replaces Claro’s in-house, manual tool in Central America, freeing up vital manpower and producing deeper, longer and more personalised relationships with customers.
SOUTH AMERICAN MARKET
Apart from these six countries in Central America, NEON-dX is also being deployed in three other markets in South America. “Its adoption by America Movil in so many new markets is proof of the value that it creates for businesses,” said Vinod Vasudevan, CEO, Flytxt. “We currently help more than 100 companies across the globe to maximise the economic value of their customer data.”
According to Vasudevan, they include the biggest names in the telecom industry, where NEON-dX has been proven to cut, churn and increase product uptake, among other positive impacts.
KEY DIFFERENTIATOR
Enrique Viau, Business Intelligence Manager, Claro, said his company offers customers a portfolio of value-added services and enhanced communications. So it was vital that it ensured the highest levels of engagement for them. “Customer value management is a key differentiator for our industry and it is vital that we offer a consistent, seamless and personal experience across all touch-points and channels.
"This is why we have chosen to work with Flytxt to engage intelligently with our customers in the region," he added. He hoped NEON-dX would deliver real-time, actionable insight for customers’ needs and expectations.
LARGE CLIENT BASE
Flytxt is one of the fastest growing developers of software in the rapidly growing fields of AI, data analytics and marketing automation, the company spokesman said. Its client base consists of more than 100 businesses across 50 countries, including more than 60 communications service providers such as Vodafone, MTN, Viettel, Airtel, and Zain Group.
The big data analytics market alone is expected to reach $275 billion by the end of 2023, with approximately 12 per cent CAGR from 2017–2023. Technology, communications, and financial services are expected to be the leading industries to adopt AI in the next three years.
