Local search engine Justdial today said Tiger Global has sold 3.4 per cent stake in the company, taking the latter’s holding to 7.87 per cent.
“Tiger Global Four JD Holdings and Tiger Global Five Indian Holdings have sold 3.4 per cent stake in Just Dial,” Just Dial said in a BSE filing.
The entities held 11.28 per cent stake before the transaction, it added.
Post the sale, they now hold 7.87 per cent stake in Just Dial, the filing said.
