US BPO firm Motif to hire 300

Motif Inc, a US-based business process outsourcing services company, is going to hire 300 more employees by December end. The firm is scouting for talent in Hyderabad and other Tier-I and Tier-II cities. “We have about 1,900 employees in Ahmedabad and Manila. We are going to hire 300 to serve a multinational e-commerce company,” Sanjay Sahni, vice-President (Human Resources) of Motif, said. Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, he said the firm would consider expanding to another location after its employee base touches the 2,000-mark. The firm, which registered a turnover of ₹100 crore last year, is targeting a growth of 20 per cent in this financial year. It is holding a recruitment drive in Hyderabad on September 27, offering salaries in the range of ₹18,000-21,000 a month.
