Mobile operator Videocon Telecom has said it aims to generate revenue of ₹10,000 crore by 2020 from its newly carved out vertical of emerging businesses.
The company said it will be making investments in non-spectrum businesses going forward as the life of smaller players like it is very short in the GSM telecom business. “GSM is a limited game. We will not bid for spectrum in upcoming auction that is absolutely clear,” Videocon Telecom Director and CEO Arvind Bali told PTI.
