Yahoo Inc announced that it has acquired social TV start-up IntoNow for an undisclosed amount, a move that will boost the Internet giant’s social media platforms.
However, the company has not disclosed the financial details of the transaction.
In a statement, Yahoo, “announced the acquisition of IntoNow.” The four-month old firm IntoNow is a start-up that enables users to identify and share television programs with their friends.
