Pune-based software services provider Zensar Technologies Ltd's second quarter net profit has more than doubled to Rs 71 crore from Rs 32 crore in Q2 13.
Revenues which stood at Rs 590 crore and Rs 537 crore respectively, represents a YoY growth of 9.8 per cent.
Dr Ganesh Natarajan, Vice-Chairman and CEO, Zensar, said, “With industry leading sequential growth of 5.8 per cent in constant currency terms in our key markets of USA, Europe and Africa, our services business continues to be robust.”
In the quarter under review, Zensar signed 12 significant deals, which include an innovator of lighting products, a manufacturer of engineering solutions in data and power sectors, a financial services company, one of the largest banks in South Africa and an investment management powerhouse in Africa.
