CLSA (Mauritius) Ltd has been allotted over 94 lakh shares of SKS Microfinance Ltd amounting to 9.15 per cent stake in the company.
The allotment of shares was done through the recently completed Qualified Intuitional Placement of the Hyderabad-based company, the Bombay Stock Exchange was informed on Saturday.
SKS had last week opened the QIP with an issue size of Rs 165 crore at a floor price of Rs 75.40.
