The US stock markets rose in the morning session. Analysts said the slow economic recovery helped the markets to rise.
The Dow Jones industrial average moved up by 110.11 points at 16,441.16. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was up by 9.23 points at 1,881.24. However The Nasdaq Composite Index was down 3.34 points at 4,315.95.
