M&M: Slowdown in tractor sales

In a post-market hours announcement to the BSE, Mahindra & Mahindra said that as part of aligning its production with sales requirements, it would be observing "no production days" at the company's tractor plants located at Rudrapur and Jaipur for four days during the rest of October. The management does not envisage any adverse impact on tractor sales due to adequacy of tractor stocks. Marketmen will be keenly watching the development.
