The board of directors of Adani Transmission on Wednesday approved the proposal to buy back 10,000 non-convertible debentures aggregating up to ₹1,000 crore from the existing debenture holders in one or more tranches.
The NCDs would be bought back through negotiated deals, the company said in a disclosure to the stock exchanges.
Shares of Adani Transmission closed at ₹224.5, up 0.31 per cent, on the BSE, over the previous day’s close.
