Alfa Laval India has informed the exchanges that its shareholders have approved the delisting proposal.
Promoter, Alfa Laval Corporate AB, Sweden, had proposed to the company of its decision to seek a voluntary delisting from the stock exchanges.
The promoter made a delisting offer to the public shareholders of the company to acquire up to 20.4 lakh shares constituting 11.23 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital. The promoter currently holds 1.61 crore shares or 88.77 per cent in Alfa Laval India.
