Broking firm Angel One on Thursday said that it has received an in-principle approval from Securities and Exchange Board for sponsoring a mutual fund. Accordingly, the company would be setting up an asset management company and the trustee company, in accordance with applicable SEBI Regulations and other applicable laws, it said.
Shares of Angel One closed 3 per cent lower at ₹1,124.80 on the BSE.
