Bajaj Finance Ltd said pursuant to the approval of the shareholders at their extra ordinary general meeting held on Wednesday, 9,25,000 warrants will be issued on a preferential basis to the promoter, Bajaj Finserv Ltd, at an issue price of Rs. 4,412 per warrant aggregating Rs 408.11 crore.
This is above the minimum price computed in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2009, the company said in a statement to the BSE.
