Crude oil futures prices today fell 0.17 per cent to Rs 5,395 per barrel after speculators reduced their exposures amid a weak trend in Asian trade.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for delivery in June fell Rs 9 or 0.17 per cent to Rs 5,395 per barrel in 7,142 lots. Similarly, the oil for July delivery moved down by Rs 7 or 0.13 per cent to Rs 5,426 per barrel in a turnover of 1,061 lots.
