Prices of thoor dal, urad dal and gram dal declined, while other commodities remained unchanged at the wholesale foodgrains market here during the week under review.
On Monday, thoor dal declined by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 6,700. It closed the week at Rs 6,700. Urad dal opened the week at its previous week’s rate of Rs 6,000 and dropped to Rs 5,900 on Thursday, ending the week at the same rate.
Gram dal went down by Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 3,000. Moong dal, sugar, wheat, maida and sooji were taken at their previous week’s levels.
