Apprehension of stock checking by State governments on Wednesday pounded pulse seeds prices in Indore mandis with tur (Maharashtra) declining to ₹9,500, while tur (Madhya Pradesh) ruled at ₹8,500 a quintal.
Tur dal (sawa no.) was at ₹12,200-500, tur dal (full) at ₹12,500-700, while tur marka ruled at ₹13,500. Moong (bold) was quoted at ₹7,700-7,900, while moong (medium) ruled at ₹6,500-7,000.
Moong dal (medium) went for ₹7,500-7,600, moong dal (bold) at ₹8,500-8,600, while moong (mongar) ruled at ₹8,500-8,700. Urad and its dal also traded low with arrival of new crop. Urad (bold) declined to ₹8,200-8,300, while urad (medium) declined to ₹7,500-7,600.
Urad dal (medium) was at ₹9,000-9,200, urad dal (bold) at ₹10,500-700, while urad mongar ruled at ₹12,000-500 a quintal.
