Decline in buying support and profit booking dragged masur prices in local mandis in the past few days by ₹100-150 a quintal with masur (bold) declining to ₹6,850-6,900, while masur (Madhya Pradesh) ruled at ₹6,500. Masur dal (medium) was at ₹7,700-7,900, while masur dal (bold) ruled at ₹8,000-8,100 a quintal. Moong (bold) declined to ₹6,400-6,500 (down ₹300 from last week), while moong (medium) ruled at ₹5,500-6,000. Moong dal (medium) was at ₹7,400-7,500 (down ₹100 from last week), moong dal (bold) ₹7,800-7,900, while moong mongar ruled at ₹7,600-7,900. Urad (bold) declined to ₹7,200-7,400, while urad (medium) ruled at ₹6,500. Urad dal (medium) fetched ₹7,900-8,400, urad dal (bold) ₹8,500-8,700, while urad mongar ruled at ₹10,300-500 a quintal respectively.
