Karnataka sellers, having sold good volumes at lower rates, have slowed down and were offering pepper at ₹510-530 a kg , market sources told BusinessLine .
Spot prices declined by ₹100 a quintal to close at ₹53,600 (ungarbled) and ₹55,600 (garbled) a quintal. Indian export prices were at $8,925 a tonne c&f for Europe and $9,175 a tonne c&f for the US.
